How do I register a username and password?
To register a username and password,
1. Click on "Register a new account" (which is in the left menu of this website).
2. Enter all your information. You MUST use a valid e-mail address!
3. Click "Sign Up!"
4. Check your e-mail and look for the e-mail from Shangqiu Online. In there, you will find a link. Click on that link. NOW, your registration is complete!
5. Log in to Shangqiu Online and become a part of the community! Enjoy!

Blogs - Answers

How do I create a blog?
To create a blog,
1. Log in to Shangqiu Online. If you don’t have an account, register one.
2. Click on "My Account".
3. Click on "Create my own Blog!"
4. Enter your password (the same one as which you use to log in) and click "Submit".
5. Enter a name for your blog (preferably using English characters/pinyin). The name for your blog can be anything that you want! Try to be creative!
6. Click "Submit". Your blog should now be ready!

How do I change the background/style of my blog?
1. Log in to The Bloggers’ Café.
2. Click on "Control Center" (in the white bar below the Shangqiu Online sign).
3. Click on "Blog Settings".
4. Look for "Templates". A little under it, there is a blue link named "Choose...". Click on it. A new window will open which will allow you to see all the different styles. Look through them, find your favorite, and then click the "Select" link below your favorite style.
5. 5. Click on "Update". Your blog will now have the new background/style.

How do I write an article on my new blog?
To write an article,
1. Log in to The Bloggers’ Café.
2. After logging in, look for the name of your blog. Click on it.
3. Write your article here.
4. After you finish writing your article, click on "Blog This".

How can I write an article for Voices in English (ViE)?
1. Log in to Shangqiu Online.
2. Click on "Write for ViE".
3. Write your title and your article here. When you are done, click "Submit Article".
4. That's it! If you still need help, you can talk to Christina or Afroz.
